80-PIECE HOLLOW CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM

This 80-piece outdoor wooden construction system combines 64 hollow structural blocks with 16 wooden boards. Rectangular, arched, semicircular and triangular forms provide large three-dimensional volumes while long boards extend construction into bridges, platforms, façades and architectural frameworks.

64 LARGE HOLLOW STRUCTURAL BLOCKS

Ten hollow component formats provide 64 structural pieces, including rectangular frames, arch forms, semicircles and triangular blocks. Their open centers create a lighter visual construction language while allowing children to explore windows, openings, frames, supports and repeated architectural patterns.

BOARDS UP TO 120 CM LONG

Twelve short boards and four extra-long 120 cm boards complement the hollow block system. These flat structural components can span between blocks, extend horizontal construction and create platforms, bridges, roof-like forms and connections between separate building areas.

ARCHITECTURAL & OPEN-ENDED BUILDING

Unlike conventional solid unit blocks, hollow forms naturally emphasize openings, frames and internal space. Children can combine different proportions to explore towers, gateways, walls, bridges and larger architectural compositions while experimenting with balance, symmetry, scale and structural relationships.

A: The complete configuration contains 80 components across 12 different component types.

Q: How many hollow building blocks are included?

A: The set contains 64 hollow structural blocks plus 16 wooden structural boards.

Q: What material are the blocks made from?

A: According to the supplied specification, the main components are made from New Zealand pine with carbonized treatment and a water-based finish.

Q: What is the longest component?

A: The longest boards measure 120 × 15 × 2 cm.

Q: What hollow block shapes are included?

A: The set includes rectangular hollow blocks, hollow arches, hollow semicircles, hollow isosceles triangles and hollow right triangles.

Q: How many rectangular hollow blocks are included?

A: Six rectangular hollow formats provide a total of 54 pieces.

Q: How do hollow blocks differ from conventional solid wooden blocks?

A: Hollow components introduce openings and frame-like forms into construction, providing opportunities to create windows, gateways, facades and other architectural structures.

Q: What can children build with this set?

A: The components can be arranged into towers, frames, bridges, gateways, walls, platforms and other open-ended architectural constructions.

Q: Is this a fixed-model construction set?

A: No. The hollow blocks and boards can be repeatedly rearranged into different structures and layouts.

Q: Does the set support STEM exploration?

A: Construction activities provide opportunities to explore geometry, balance, span, symmetry, scale, spatial relationships and basic structural concepts.

Q: How are the wooden surfaces processed?

A: The supplied manufacturing specification describes rounded-edge processing and smooth accessible external, internal and concealed surfaces without burrs or exposed sharp hardware points.

Q: Where can this set be used?

A: It is designed for supervised preschool, kindergarten, outdoor classroom and large-scale construction-play environments.
